Purpose of request

Brand Atlanta, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dependent on public funding for support. As a result, Brand Atlanta is subjected to Georgia's Open Records Act. In order to ensure all Open Records requests are compiled within a timely and cost effective manner, we require that the requests are submitted electronically via the form provided on this website.

Interested parties may submit an Open Records request by filling out all fields in the following form. An Open Records request has only been successfully submitted when you have received the notification in the browser window "Thank you for you open records request.  We will be contacting you shortly."

Please use the appropriate text box to describe which documents or information you are interested in.

General or broad requests will place an unnecessary burden on the organization and compliance will generate a large volume of documents in response. Please be as specific as possible.
